Aceasta a rezistat sub aceea\u015fi form\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 dup\u0103 cel de-al Doilea R\u0103zboi Mondial, c\u00e2nd a fost modificat\u0103 radical. Abia \u00een 1978 a fost demolat\u0103 pentru a se contrui actualul bloc cu Pizza Hut la parter. \u00cen imaginea veche, era bine definit primul bulevard al Bucure\u015ftiului, numit \u015fi Bulevardul Academiei. \u00cen dep\u0103rtare, se poate observa primul corp al Universit\u0103\u0163ii (Academiei atunci), care a fost mai apoi \u00eenconjurat de extinderile cunoscute \u015fi ast\u0103zi. Corpul vechi a fost \u015fi el supraetajat, \u00eens\u0103 a fost bombardat \u00een 1944. Corpul central de ast\u0103zi este o refacere a celui vechi. Calea Victoriei (Podul Mogo\u015foaiei) era, \u00een genere, mai \u00eengust\u0103 \u00een acea perioad\u0103, lucr\u0103rile de l\u0103rgire fiind demarate abia la \u00eenceputul secolului al XX-lea.<\/p>\n<p>localizare \u00een prezent: <span style=\"color: #1683aa;\"><b>intersec\u0163ia C\u0103ii Victoriei cu Bd.
